What kind of aftercare support do you offer?After your fitting, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions, a welcome pack, with free samples of the best products to use and I’m always available for questions and support. On the day of fitting, I always go through aftercare advice and will provide you with written aftercare routines in your welcome pack, to make it easy for you. We will schedule your ergular maintenance appointments to keep your hair or system in top shape, and I can advise on the best products to maintain your look. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and empowered in caring for your new hair!

To arrange it: Send us a quick message explaining the issue. We’ll provide you with a code to book your tweak appointment online, keeping it easy and hassle-free. Rules for the 2-Week Tweak Guarantee: Adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your original fitting. Where is the salon located, and is there parking available?Our salon is located at 94 High Street East, Wallsend NE287RH For parking, there's a nearby car park offering 2 hours of free parking. We cannot guarantee timings of appoinments. If you require more time, you can pay to extend your stay or find free street parking in the vicinity and walk to the salon.

Can I bring kids or dogs into the salon?To keep the salon environment calm, focused, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you don’t bring children or pets to your appointment. We love kids & pets and we don't want to put them in a harmful environment. The salon is not a safe place for them and we are not insured for them. We want you to feel relaxed and give you our full attention, ensuring the best results without any distractions.

Do you offer blow dries? What about regular ones?Yes! We’d be happy to take care of your weekly wash and blow dry—no worries there! When you come to us, we use specialist products designed for hair extensions and systems, so you know your hair is in the best hands. Plus, we’ll keep an eye on everything in case you need a quick tweak or tighten during your regular slot. Letting us handle your blow dry not only takes the hassle away but also gives you some time just for yourself. We’ll even style it for you, and trust us, our curls are known to last for days!

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?To create a peaceful and focused environment, we ask that clients attend their appointments alone. For consultations, you’re welcome to bring someone along if you feel more comfortable.

What should I expect during my visit?Firstly, good vibes, a non judgmental atmosphere, friendly warm welcome and from the moment you walk in, we aim to make your experience relaxing and enjoyable. We work one-on-one, so your appointment is private and focused entirely on you. We offer refreshments, comfortable seating, and entertainment like Netflix or music to make your time with us as enjoyable as possible. What is said in the chair, stays in the chair. So you can speak freely with confidence too, this is your time.

Do you have a cancellation policy?Yes, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations within this window may incur a fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. All booking fees are non-refundable. Do you refit hair applied elsewhere?Yes, we can refit hair that was originally applied elsewhere! To make sure we can achieve the best results, we often recommend a virtual or in-person consultation to assess the method, quality, and color match of your existing hair. The hair needs to be of good quality, the right color match, and enough to achieve your desired look. While we’re happy to take over refitting, please note that we don’t take responsibility for hair quality applied by other salons. Our priority is to ensure every fitting looks lush and lives up to our standards, so we’ll only proceed if we can deliver top-quality results you’ll love! Please note, if you are not using our hair and consultation process, we do not provide method suggestions, colour recommendations, or advice on lengths and quantities—this is offered exclusively as a professional service. If you notice a snapped thread, a few bonds falling out, or loose tapes, just reach out to us. For any issues within our 2-week tweak guarantee, we’ll happily fix it at no extra charge to keep everything secure and looking lush. After that period, you can book a quick maintenance appointment if needed. We recommend supporting your extensions when brushing or styling and being mindful of heat on tapes and bonds to help them last. What happens to my natural hair underneath the system?Your natural hair will continue to grow as usual while wearing the system. Hair sheds naturally (about 50-100 hairs a day), and any shedding hair stays under the system until your next refit, where we’ll gently remove any excess. Hair won’t grow if the follicles are dormant, but otherwise, you’ll see healthy growth.

How is the system attached?For mesh systems, we create a custom-fit base using a breathable mesh, securely attached with tiny beads and styled to blend with your natural hair. For mesh-free systems, we map out aand create a track to anchor the hair usings special attachments without a mesh base, giving you a secure and natural look.

We’ll also take measurements to create a perfect base. The fitting itself takes 2-4 hours, depending on complexity, and we’ve got TV shows, Netflix, and refreshments to keep you comfy.

Sits close to the scalp, providing a natural look that molds easily to your head shape. Lightweight and sheer, it blends well with your natural scalp and skin tone. Luxe Silk Base Known for its realistic scalp appearance, making it ideal for those seeking a completely natural look. Smooth, comfortable material that provides extra durability. Slightly higher in price, but offers a soft, polished finish with a thicker feel. Comes in Curved edges for sleeker look More colour blends are often available in this option Both lace and silk bases are great options, with lace offering breathability and silk offering a more realistic scalp. Will my appointment be private?Yes, we understand the sensitive nature of hair loss. All consultations and appointments are private and one-on-one in our private room. For your fittings, there is a privacy partition that separates the rest of the salon so we are out of view. Please, always as if theres anything we can do to make you more comfortable.

How do I wash and care for my system?The system is securely attached, so you can wash and style it just like natural hair. We’ll provide specific aftercare guidance and recommend products to keep your system looking and feeling great. Specialist products are available in the salon and we recommend that you use them, for the best aftercare and longer lasting systems.

Do I need to have a fringe ?No, While the system provides volume to the parting area and can be worn in various styles, a fringe or sweeping side fringe gives the most natural results. we will discuss with you how you'd like it, and if you can bring inspiration photos so we can work out whats best for your chosen style.

Will I be able to style my hair normally with a system?Absolutely! Our hair loss systems are designed with flexibility in mind, so you can style your hair as you would naturally. We’ll discuss your preferred styles during your consultation to ensure your system is fitted in a way that works for your lifestyle . How long will my system last?With regular maintenance, systems can last up to 2 years. The Hair Top closure may need occasional replacement to keep it looking full, which we’ll address during maintenance.

How do I know my hair and scalp will stay healthy with a hair loss system?Your hair and scalp health are my top priorities. I’m very selective about the products and methods I use, always choosing those that promote healthy hair growth and protect the scalp. My training and experience allow me to adapt the systems to suit different hair types, ensuring they’re safe, comfortable, and sustainable long-term.

Will the system be comfortable?It might feel snug at first, but after a few days, it will settle, and you’ll hardly notice it’s there. Allow yourself two weeks to adjust, and you’ll soon see how natural it looks and comfortable it feels. we call this the 'settling in' period.

How often will I need maintenance?Maintenance appointments are every 4-6 weeks to keep the system secure and comfortable. For Hair Top Systems: A Full refit is done each time, we will brush out any shedding and reapply - a scalp cleanse can also be added to your appointment. For Mesh Systems: A re-alignment is done every 4-6 weeks. A full refit is recommended every 12-16 weeks, with washing and blow-drying included.

We have years of experience and we know how to conceal these systems to make the undetectable. We will give you syling advice to help you keep it looking fabulous too, We use techniques like our ‘invisible edge’ method which we developed and teach globally, for a natural-looking parting or fringe, allowing multiple styling options
