Two hours free parking in the car park opposite the salon, free on weekends too. If your appointment is longer, please park in a no-permit street or pay-to-park spot and walk over, we can't guarantee timings.

Consultations are a warm, friendly chat with one of our lush team, usually 10–20 minutes. We'll talk through your hair, show you the options and prices, and answer everything. No pressure to book on the day.
£20 secures your slot
Tap WhatsApp or DM and you'll come straight through to the team. Online booking earns you extra loyalty points.
A note on our policies
We have strict cancellation & rescheduling policies so we can look after every client properly, please make sure you've read them. They're emailed to you when you book, and a copy is always on the website.

We send you a quick form
You can write down anything specific in advance, your hair history, what you're hoping for, anything you'd like us to know.
We meet in the salon
20 minutes, warm and relaxed. We assess your hair, show you the methods that suit you, and run through prices.
You decide in your own time
No pressure, no hard sell. We'll send you everything in writing afterwards so you can think it over.

So everything runs smoothly on the day. Have a quick read before you head over.
Arrive solo for your fitting
We work 1:1 with each client to create a calm, focused experience. Please come on your own to fittings. For consultations, you're welcome to bring someone for support.
Come with clean, dry hair
A freshly washed head is important, we won't work on unwashed hair. It helps us give you the best result on the day.
If you're unwell, please reschedule
Even with a negative Covid test, please let us know. We love looking after you, but we also need to stay well to keep serving everyone, let's keep colds, flu and bugs at bay.
Our 2-week fitting guarantee
If anything needs a little adjustment in the first 2 weeks after your fit, we'll sort it free of charge. You don't need to use it, most clients don't, but it's there if you do.
